Returns

Sometimes you just change your mind, we totally get it - no problem.  For a full refund, simply send any unwanted items back to us within 30 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging.  

Full T&C’s are listed below, along with the 3 easy steps to return your order.

Follow the easy steps below:
1 -  Contact our friendly team here to confirm you will be returning items.  Include your name, order number and reason.  You then have 30-days from the date of delivery to return the items to our warehouse.

2 - Turn your delivery bag inside out or use an alternative postage bag.  Include all the items you'd like to return, together with your name, order number and details of why you are returning the enclosed item/s.

3 Seal the bag and securely attach an address label. Unless faulty, you will be responsible for the cost of return postage - we would recommend a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Return/Refund Policy

Safe return of your item/s within 30-days of receipt, showing no visible signs of use and in a ‘brand new’ resalable condition with all packaging and instructions/manufacturers information intact.

We appreciate that from time-to-time items will be removed from the box, but any visible signs of use will deem an item ‘used’ and not applicable for refund.

When re-packaging your item, please ensure care is taken to re-pack so there is no damage to the box or product itself, leading to the item being returned in an unsatisfactory condition and not applicable for refund.  If bubble wrap was used for dispatch, please re-use for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  The only exception is faulty or damaged goods.

Exchanges  

We are happy to offer a like-4-like exchange (same product but different colour) assuming your return meets the ‘terms of refund’ shown above, and includes your name, order number and details of why you are returning the enclosed item/s.

Please return your item for an exchange within 30-days of receipt.  We would also advise contacting us in advance to check your alternative colour choice is still in-stock. 

On receipt of your returned item, we will ensure your requested exchange is dispatched within 1-working day. 

Warranty (faulty or damaged items)

All of our products are sold with a warranty against defect in materials or workmanship, in addition to any damage sustained in transit.  

If you are not completely satisfied with the condition of your Jellystone product on receipt, please contact our customer service team immediately.  A pre-paid return label will then be provided for any approved warranty returns.

Please note: proof of purchase from Jellystone Designs UK will always be required to progress a claim. If you received your items as a gift, please ask your friend/colleague to register the claim on your behalf.

Free Gifts with Goods

Sometimes at Jellystone, we offer free gifts with a purchase. This is considered part of the purchase package so if your order is unwanted, we kindly ask that you also return your gift. This is not applicable if returning an item for warranty exchange.  

Multiple Buys

If the item you wish to return was purchased as part of a multi-buy offer, then we will only refund the cost of the specific item/s being returned.

PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for items lost in transit and therefore recommend customers use a signed-for service and retain proof of postage.

How long will it take to be refunded?

Your refund will be processed within 2-working days** of your items being received by our warehouse, assuming your return complies with our return/refund policy shown above.

All successfully returned items will only be credited to the account used to originally purchase the item/s. We regret that we are unable to offer a refund on shipping costs.

You will receive an automated email as soon as your refund is processed, although it will take a number of additional days to appear on your statement.

(**) Working days are Monday-to-Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends.   

Late or missing refunds?

If you are concerned you have not been refunded, could we invite you to double-check recent credits to your account (credit card/PayPal/bank account) and if it appears your refund is delayed or may have been credited incorrectly, please do not hesitate to contact our team who will work with you to quickly resolve.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
